Singhvi: In any case it requires a hearing after which it's your lordships prerogative to decide. I'm asking for a challenge to fundamental root of the remand itself. What reply can be filed to the remand, except for delaying tactics.

Singhvi: I have challenged remand itself, which ends tomorrow. I'm asking your lordships to decide the fundamental position and basis for remand. There is no need for reply from anyone.

Court: I can give you very short date for interim. I need a reply. I will issue notice in the main petition. Let them file a reply. For interim, I can give a very short date. I think we should do this.

Raju: As far as main petition is concerned, three weeks time may be given. For IA, a reasonable time may be given.
