The Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur has written a letter to the Acting Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava for a change in the roster.

"Roster of the Hon'ble High Court, Jaipur has not been changed since long," the bar association said in the communication, adding there has been a constant demand from the advocates for the change.

The Bar Association has raised two demands in the letter written on September 23 and asked the court's senior-most judge to consider:

  1. Timely Rotational changes in the entire roster reasonably within the period of three months, so that the vast experience of the Judges, could be availed.
  2. The fixing of Roster/Sitting Arrangement of Judges from Principal Seat, Jodhpur to Jaipur Bench and Vice-Versa for the period of three months.

"It is therefore requested to consider the aforesaid submissions sympathetically," said the executive members of bar association in the letter.
