Essential Requirements
- Negotiating, vetting and drafting of all transactional documents such as joint venture agreement, share purchase, share subscription, shareholders agreement, builder buyer agreement, development agreement etc;
- Providing general legal advice on all corporate laws including FEMA, RBI regulations, intellectual property laws etc.
- Qualified to practice law in India with Post Qualification Experience of 2-3 years.
- The candidate is required to have demonstrable knowledge about commercial and contractual issues in a transaction.
- Should be self-motivated, must be willing to learn; and must have proficiency and command over English language (both oral and written).
- Should have excellent research and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.
- Should be committed to stay for a long term period.
