ICA: Training Courses On Domestic And International Commercial Arbitration [29th February- 2nd March]
Indian Council for Arbitration is organising a Training courses on domestic and international commercial Arbitration from 29th February to 2nd March 2024
Venue: M.A. Chidambaram conference, Hall, SICCI Chennai
Range of tropical issues Viz. Introduction to the fundamentals of ADR; Arbitration agreement; arbitral tribunal; arbitration proceedings; arbitral award; practical problems/issues relating to claims, defence statements and counter claims will be discussed at the training course. Further, there will be mock case sessions to sharpen the skill sets of participants in Arbitration .
