Singhvi: Here is a case where both 2(1)(a) and 2(1)(b) are per se- very rare combination.
Singhvi: On 4th July a trust vote in affirmative for Mr Shinde. So my lords have ample proof.
Singhvi: These 39 odd voted the other way. Each of these acts has been held as direct violation of tenth schedule.
Dr Singhvi: This act was carried out on 30th June which was swearing in with senior members of BJP. 3rd of July, the same trust vote happened at the speaker's election.
Dr Singhvi: Let me answer the question you had put- that had you allowed the vote to have worked itself out you'd have an idea. There are five very interesting answers to it.
