Divan: I stand by what I say in my affidavit. The manner in which they have tried to sidestep the jurisdiction of the Court has also caused disquiet.

Divan says that a fair agency must investigate this, thats his only concern. Says that the #CBI released a notification immediately after the Bihar Government recommended it.

Then he says that media is sensationalising the Late Actor’s case as well. A huge media trial being played out is extremely undesirable.

Divan: An element of the usage of this case for political agendas is apparent. My lords must also consider that there are real people involved in this case. #RheaChakraborty was in love with the deceased.

Divan: When My lord is considering the “ends of Justice”, all these aspects become extremely important including political pressure and agendas as well as the delay in filing FIR against #RheaChakraborty
