Adv Vardhaman Kaushik (for NTA): No prayer regarding paper leak in item 3
J Nath: When do you propose to start counselling?
Agarwal: We will conduct exam on 23rd, result will be declared [before] 30th
Bench: Fair enough
Balaji: Candidates who scored less marks will re-apply
J Nath: No, not every candidate can re-appear. Only those who appeared at centers where time was reduced for some reason
Sai Deepak (for Physics Wallah CEO): We represent 20,000 studens...even this suggestion can go against the 2019 judgment...
J Nath: Mr Balaji, your concern addressed?
Adv Balaji: Conducting re-exam will open pandora's box
J Mehta: You are giving an opportunity to re-appear? You need to re-draft clause 1. You can't declare result of all 1563 candidates cancelled
J Nath: That aspect of result on basis of compensation marks needs to be cancelled as a whole
Agarwal: Those who don't wish to sit for re-exam, their actual marks will be taken into consideration
J Mehta: Two clauses seem to be contradictory
Adv Kanu Agarwal (for Union): Insofar as allegations of unfair means, a meeting was held on 10th,11th and 12th. Committee has recommended score cards of 1563 candidates be cancelled. Re-exam will be conducted for affected candidates
J Nath: Issue notice in item 2. NTA to file response. Now let's come to item 3
Adv J Sai Deepak (for petitioner): Our concern is with regard to developments post-result also
J Nath: Counselling may continue, we are not stopping the counselling. Why should we delay counselling and admission?
