Plea For SOP For Conducting CA Examinations: Live Updates From Supreme Court

Bench lists the matter for day after tomorrow, November 4th.

Petitioners have been directed to place their grievances before Sr. Adv. Ramji Srinivasan.

Bench tells Swaraj to sort out differences with Srinivasan.

Bench: You sort out your difference. These are all logistical issues; these are not matters for arguing law. 

Swaraj: There is a change in circumstances. The ICAI has issued the admit card yesterday.

Bench: Answer our question. If you’re not agreeing with their response, why you’re not agreeing to it, answer it.

Srinivasan for ICAI: We have circulated a brief note today morning highlighting the quick response to the causes of concern.
