2. Date of registration of zero FIR
3. Date of registration of regular FIR
4. Date on which witness statements have been recorded
5. Date on which 164 statements have been recorded
CJI DY Chandrachud: This exercise shall be carried out in the meantime so that the court can take a decision on further course of action.
CJI: There has been a considerable lapse in occurence of cases and registeration of FIRs. Even arrests have been few. We direct that the DGP shall remain present personally before this court on Friday 2 pm and be in a position to answer the court.

CJI: At this stage, the material before this court is inadequate in the sense that there is no disaggregation of the 6523 FIRs into the nature of the offences to which they pertain. State must carry out exercise of disaggregation and inform the court how many FIRs pertain to-
CJI: SG states that apart from 2 FIRs, the state would be ready and willing to transfer all 11 FIRs to the CBI.
CJI: 11 FIRs involve cases of violence against women and children. This is subject to verification. Status report states that 7 arrests have been made in connection of these 11 FIRs.
CJI: The status report states that as per official reports 150 deaths took place, 502 were injured, 5101 cases of arson and 6523 FIRs were registered. 252 persons were arrested in FIRs and 1247 persons arrested for preventive measures.
