Saraf says that she had criticized Mumbai Police saying that a Commissioner 'liked' a tweet using derogatory language against her.

J Kathawalla asks Saraf if the tweets of Kangana have been submitted.
Saraf replies in the affirmative.
In one case, notice on September 4, demolition on 8. In another case, notice on Sep 5, demolition on 14 : J Kathawalla remarks (in Kangana's case, notice on Sept 8, demolition on September 9).

Justice Kathawalla observes that there is no entry in the system about a demolition whihc took place on the 8th.
"This is something fishy", J Kathawalla remarks.
The Court says that in other cases where notices were issued on September 4 and 5, no action was taken.
But in the case of Kangana, immediate action was taken. Why?, asks the bench
