The CBI will produce Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today before Delhi's Rouse Avenue Courts in relation to the liquor policy case.

Kejriwal was granted bail by trial court in ED case which has been stayed by Delhi High Court yesterday. 

Matter will be heard by vacation judge Amitabh Rawat of Rouse Avenue Courts.

The Supreme Court will also hear today Arvind Kejriwal's petition challenging the June 21 order of Delhi HC staying his bail. It may be noted that yesterday (June 25), the Delhi HC passed the final order staying the bail, which is yet to be challenged.

A bench of Justices Manoj Misra and SVN Bhatti will hear.

CBI had sought five days of custody for Kejriwal.

Vacation judge Amitabh Rawat of Rouse Avenue Courts remanded Kejriwal to CBI custody for three days.

The court has directed that Kejriwal will now be produced in court on June 29.

Chaudhari: I me myself attitude of CBI is what exactly I am pointing out. He thinks he is above everything else. He decides. Why his custody is required, I am not telling why. I don't want to tell him. I want to keep it in sealed cover. This notion has to go.

Chaudhari: Volume of their voice cannot validate their argument.
