Naqvi: I understand but the DJ did not have the power to pass this order after passing order of the 17th jan.
Justice RRA: Mr. Naqvi tell me one thing, you have not challenged the order of 17th Jan (appointing DM as the receiver). This is a consequential order. How will this appeal be maintainable unless that order is challenged?

Naqvi: Their application was allowed on 17 Jan appointing a receiver (Varanasi DM) and on 31st, the order allowing puja was passed.
Justice RRA: you say there are 4 cellars (Gyanvapi Mosque premises) but there is no averment as to what cellar they want to pray in.
Naqvi: They are asking for one of the four cellars (Vyas Tehkhana).
Justice RRA: Now, let's see what was the urgency in appointing the receiver.
