The Kerala High Court launched the 'Kerala High Court Daily Judgments' (KHJ - Daily) platform to ensure that fully certified reported judgments are made accessible to all on a daily basis through WhatsApp.

Chief Justice A J Desai unveiled the KHJ-Daily platform on July 27, 2024. Justice A Muhamed Mustaque, Editorial Committee members- Justice V G Arun, Justice C S Dias, Joseph Rajesh, (Director of IT), Jubiya A (Director of Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre), Rakesh MG (Deputy Director, IT) graced the occasion.

The platform aims to provide daily access to fully certified reported judgments, disseminated through the WhatsApp communities affiliated with the High Court Chronicles. The High Court Chronicles is a bilingual monthly newsletter launched in January 03, 2024. The KHJ-Daily platform is a collaboration between the High Court Chronicles Team and the IT Directorate.

The KHJ-Daily platform represents a significant advancement in judicial transparency and accessibility, ensuring that the latest legal developments are readily available to all stakeholders. This daily service provides officially reported judgments from the Kerala High Court to judges, the district judiciary, legal practitioners, law scholars, and the general public.

The platform would contain a specialized dashboard to access certified judgments swiftly. Once the judgment is uploaded, the summaries of those judgments will be shared through five WhatsApp groups, out of which one group shall be exclusively reserved for the judges of the Kerala High Court.

The Editorial Support and Reporter Team of the KHJ – Daily consist of five reporters, Advocates S Krishna, Leo Lukose, Gayathri Muraleedharan, Girish Kumar and Gajendra Singh Rajpurohit.
