The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of the Patiala House Courts in the capital, presided over by judge Pankaj Sharma has has allowed pleas moved by 21-year-old environmental activist, Disha Ravi, seeking a copy of the FIR against her over the Toolkit in connection with Farmers Protests, a copy of the remand application and other miscellaneous items as prayed for by her before the court.

The 21 year old has also been allowed access to her lawyer and time with family during the police custody, which lasts until Feb 19. She has been allowed 30 minutes time with her legal counsel and 15 minutes with her family.
She was arrested from Bangalore on allegations of having contributed to the "Toolkit" on the ongoing farmers' protests by way of edits to a Google document on the matter. Ravi is accused of editing and sharing the "toolkit", allegedly created by a Khalistani group, Poetic Justice Foundation, with Swedish environmental activist, Greta Thunberg, who tweeted on the same expressing support for farmers protests.
In a related development, the Delhi Commission for Women took suo moto cognizance of reports that Ravi was arrested in violation of her constitutional rights under Article 21 and also without obtaining a transit remand.
