National Moot Court Competition and Discussion on Securities Law relating to Companies at NUALS

The Centre for Law and Development, the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, Kerala is organizing the National Moot Court Competition on Securities Law focusing on the issues of Insider Trading and Takeover Code relating to companies. As a part of this event, a discussion led by the experts on the same theme will be held immediately after the Finals of the Moot so as to provide insight into this perennially dynamic field.

Along with the Competition the Centre will release an e-Newsletter on Securities Law entitled “Securities Law – the e-Newsletter “which  aims to keep recipients updated on relevant developments in the Securities Law arena.

The Competition is scheduled for the 26th and 27th of September. The discussion and release of the e-Newsletter will be on the 27th. The event is at the NUALS Campus, Kalamassery.
