Phoenix Legal Advises Singapore Based Pine Labs In Its Series I Fund Raise From Lone Pine Capital
2020's first Indian unicorn, Pine Labs, is one of Asia's largest merchant platform companies and provides financing and last-mile retail transaction technology to merchants.
Post this round of fundraising, Pine Labs is valued at in excess of USD 2 billion and is one of India's most valuable fintech startups. The transaction involved a mix of primary and secondary shares. Phoenix Legal acted as the legal counsel for Pine Labs and advised the Pine Labs team on transaction structuring, deal documents and anti-trust matters.
