Essential Qualification
- Should have an LL.B. degree from a recognized University / Institute.
Experience
- Minimum post qualification experience of 15 years, out of which 10 years should be at higher level in the field of Legal in Government Organisation/Autonomous Body/Educational Institution/ University/Statutory Body/Large Public Sector Undertaking/Large Private Sector Company or 15 years in practice as Company Secretary or combination of both.
(Note: Training experience forming a part of the curriculum of any Degree / The diploma will not be counted towards the total experience)
