Delhi State Legal Services Authority invites online applications for the post of Legal Services Advocates in District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs) for providing Legal Services in the Courts of MM & Civil Courts, ADJs, ASJs, Consumer Courts, and Family Courts.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Applicant must have an experience of ten (10) years as on 15.09.2022 of conducting cases for the following panes:

(a) Senior ASI Panel: Empanelment in ASJ Courts in heinous cases and where the punishment prescribed is life imprisonment or the death penalty.

• Applicant must have an experience of ten (5) years as on 15.09.2022 of conducting cases for the following panels:

(a) Empanelment in ASJ Courts (NDPS, POCSO, CBI, Special Courts)

(b) Empanelment in ADJ/Civil Courts (ADJs, LAC, MACT, etc.)

(c) Empanelment in Family Courts

(d) Empanelment for dealing with cases of Muslim Law

• Applicant must have an experience of three (03) years as on 15.09.2022 of conducting cases for the following panels:

(a) Empanelment in Courts of Metropolitan Magistrates [CMM, ACMM & MM)

(b) Empanelment in Civil Courts (Civil Judge, ARC, AC], SCl, Guardianship, etc)

(c) Empanelment for the Panel of District Consumer Forum

(d) Empanelment Revenue / SEM Courts
