Essential Qualification and Experience
• Retired officers having any Bachelor's Degree from a Government recognized University. Persons with a qualification in Personnel Management/ HRM/ IR/ Law will be preferred. Should have retired from the regular post in Government / PSU from E-5 Level in the scale of pay of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- (IDA) & above or Level 13- Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900 /- (CDA) & above.
• Should have a minimum of 15 years of working experience in HR/ Administrative/ IR/ Legal/ Statutory Compliance matters.
