The Society for Democratic RightsNew Delhi and the Georgetown University Law Centre, Washington D.C. will hold the 2nd Comparative Constitutional Law Conversation Series webinar on the topic "Comparative Approaches of the Supreme Courts of the World's Largest Democracies".

The flagship webinar series was launched on the occasion of 150 years celebrations of Georgetown Law. It is a collaborative initiative between Georgetown Law University, Washington D.C and the Society for Democratic Rights (SDR), New Delhi. The In Conversation webinar series initiates a timely discussion on a wide-ranging contemporary constitutional law and practices from a comparative law perspective. It hosts live discussions between leading jurists from India and the United States, and gives the audience an opportunity to engage in the discussion by posting questions.

The 2nd Comparative Constitutional Law Conversation Series webinar falls at the backdrop of the recent appointment of women justices to the Supreme Court of India, retirement of Justice Stephen Breyer of the United States Supreme Court, and confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the United States Supreme Court.
