With the advent of information technology and ever-expanding cyberspace, newer offences come into being every day. Cyber offending is catalysed by unlimited accessibility, making it difficult for law enforcement to reach to the culprit. Although we have sufficient legislation to tackle them, investigating into such offences requires skill and infrastructure. Our country is well-endowed with forensic science laboratories in every state which deal with complicated cybercrime cases on a daily basis.
The agenda of this webinar is to bring together a few prominent stakeholders, participating in such processes dutifully, so as to be enlightened with the intricacies of the process and learn about how it works in practice.
