During this in-person conference, participants will delve into cutting-edge approaches to leverage experts in arbitration, aiming to enhance their impact and contribution to the field of arbitration. By bringing together seasoned professionals promising talents from different jurisdictions, the event aims to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of novel ideas to advance the arbitration landscape.

The Chief Guest for the event is Justice Alok Aradhe, Chief Justice of the High Court for the State of Telangana.

The distinguished speakers for the conference are world-renowned arbitrators. The event will be graced by Professor Doug Jones AO, who is a leading international commercial and investor-state arbitrator and an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court; Professor Janet Walker CM, who is an independent arbitrator with chambers at Toronto Arbitration Chambers, Atkin Chambers in London, and Sydney Arbitration Chambers; Mr. Vincent Rowan, who is a partner at King & Spalding in London, United Kingdom, with a practice focus on the management and resolution of complex construction and engineering disputes; and Mr. Lee Baker, who is a Planner and Delay Expert, Senior Managing Director in Construction Solutions at FTI Consulting and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and is also associated with the Academy of Experts.

The Conference programme will be moderated by Mr. Karthik Balisagar, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. He is a member of the Economic and Financial Consulting segment and leads the FTI Consulting Economic and Financial practice in India. He specialises in valuation issues in the context of international arbitration and litigation.
