#YSRCP MP Krishna Devarayalu Lavu talks about the recent acquittal of Surendra Koli In 12 cases, Moninder Pander In 2 relating to the Noida serial murders case.

"They were in jail for 17 years. The court gave the death sentence. Again acquitted them. In this country, process becomes punishment."

The MP welcomes the three laws, but asks for minimisation of grey areas. "As it is, our judiciary is overburdened in clarifying laws passed by the Parliament."
