It seems, there is Political Pressure in Maharashtra — not Bihar, thereby stopping registration of FIR!
Singh for Bihar: The inquiry investigation under 174 & 175 of CRPC - has to carry out. Registration of FIR was extremely necessary to come to the aspect of whether the death of #SushantSingRajput was Homicide or Suicide.
MumbaiPolice did not do so!
Singh for Bihar: 56 witnesses examined by Mumbai police. I am told that the interim report of post mortem came on june 17 and final report on june 25.
Maharashtra has not registered an FIR.
