Singhvi: Can a single judge transfer case to #CBI?

Singhvi: The word federalism is not mentioned anywhere in the constitution. It is the only word which is not in the preamble but has been held to be part of basic structure!

They have made this issue only about one thing “The deceased #SushanthSinghRajput belonged to #Bihar” ... thats it!

The amount of sensationalism attached to a transfer petition, I have never seen.

Everybody has become judge, juror, prosecution. The murder of the CRPC is being attempted here.
