The suo-moto case was taken by a bench led by the then CJI SA Bobde on April 22. The bench had then appointed Senior Advocate Harish Salve as amicus curiae in the matter.
Salve later recused from the case.
Supreme Court to consider today the suo-moto case taken by it in relation to supply of #Oxygen, medicines, vaccines to fight #COVID19.
A bench comprising Justices DY Chandrachud, L Nageswara Rao and S Ravindra Bhat will hear the matter post 11 AM.
