Supreme Court is considering the suo-moto case taken by it in relation to supply of Oxygen, medicines, vaccines to fight COVID19.

Justice Bhat suggests that the States can send the submissions to the Centre.

The bench also directs the State Government to file affidavits on the infrastructural facilities with States on the issues highlighted by the Court in the order.
