Justice Rao : Coming from that state (AP), I want to ask Solicitor General to consider what Reddy is saying. AP has a long coastline.

Reddy : The Centre, instead of allotting oxygen entirely from one state, if they can consider parcelling out a state as smaller region, it will be beneficial for logistics.

Sr Adv Niranjan Reddy for AP wants to make a constructive suggestion for oxygen supply.
He says that the present scheme is disrupting present supply lines.
Justice Chandrachud : What we propose to do is this. We have got the reply of Centre this morning. We have not had the benefit of studying it. We will keep it after two days, so that we can have a look at it. Otherwise, we will just get lost.
Justice Rao : Justice Chandrachud, can we talk for a minute before proceeding?
J Chandrachud : Certainly.
The judges are discussing.
Singhvi : I did not mention Delhi Govt or Centre. The issue is INOX said tankers were detained. The order was uploaded to the Central Control Room. I will go to the Delhi High Court.
SG : The Hon'ble Home Minister Amit Shah in a meeting with State Minister has conveyed that all States will treat oxygen tankers as ambulances.

Rahul Mehra : It is not as if any coercive steps has been taken or any one has been prejudiced. The order is passed in a cooperative spirit.
SG : This used to happen in Haryana, UP. So we passed the DMA order.
Rahul Mehra for Delhi : We are not against any State. We all stand as Indians. The order was passed taking note of the detention of tankers. Delhi HC relegated Rajasthan govt to the Central authority. It is in that spirit the order has been passed.
Singhvi : It is not a stoppage. It is statutory order passed under DMA, which has not been overridden.
Justice Chandrachud : Mr Singhvi you make this factual clarification to the Delhi High Court.
