Mundargi- When we started practice that there were no reasons given to grant bail, only when it was rejected reasons were required. But now times have changed.
Mundargi- They are never going to make a statement that we don't want to continue
J Shinde - The SC has ruled that the powers of the HC u/s 482 are so inherent that they don't rely on the Code.
J Shinde - We are required to give reasons even for ad-interim reliefs.
Court says it has certain things in its mind but doesn't want to disclose it, till the Mumbai Police makes a statement.
J Shinde - We are hearing 100s of matters every day.
If we are not getting timely answers, we are not able to proceed. Our time from the view-point of the litigants is very important.
