Hooda: for Hardyal School today they give 2 page note saying that bother SBI and Canara Bank papers were give. the video on record of the school principal says that not a minutes delay, the canara bank paper was distributed, after 45 mins we got to know that it should be SBI , we contacted NTA they said now time has gone let them attempt Canara Bank

Hooda: the integrity has actually gone. we cannot reach a conclusion that everybody has been identified rest all are pious

Hooda: if NEET is a patient it suffers from multiple organ failure and the patient has to go

Hooda : merely figures are being thrown before the Hon'ble Court

SG: we never throw figures, we present figures 

Hooda : As of today the whole world is watching, the paper has been leaked by a gang, the investigation is happening, mobile phones have not been recovered is there any sanctity left of this examination?

Hooda: no denying the fact that mobile phones used have not been recovered. 

CJI: I am in charge of the procedure of this Court, I have seen the judiciary for the last 24 years, and I will not allow any lawyer to dictate the procedure of this Court . I will give you a full hearing but only after Mr Hooda

Nedumpara : alright, I have been seeing the judiciary since 1979 

CJI: pls call security we will have him removed from the Court, please. You will speak to the gallery, you will listen to me I am in charge of the Courtroom.

Nedumpara : whenever I want to speak the CJI prevents me from speaking (interjects)

CJI: you pls sit down I am warning you. I will have to have you remove , Mr Hooda is arguing, you have no right to intervene

CJI: CBI investgation is going on, we also on one hand cannot say that the leak is confine to Hazaribagh and Patna, equally we cannot say today with any degree of certainty that the leak has gone beyond Hazaribagh and Patna in such a widespread way that it completely effects the sanctity of the exam , that also we cannot say.

CJI: Would the court be justified in saying that on the basis of the hypothesis that some material has gone beyond hazaribagh and Patna and therefore today we cancel the exam 

Hooda : CBI specifically cautiously uses the word 'so far' we have not gone beyond Patna and Hazaribagh. CBI is not so novice that it will accept the statement of the accused arrested 'so far' ...it is an evolving situation

Hooda: investigation is going on, can they file an affidavit saying that hence for the there will be no investigation to see whether it has gone beyond ? If today a judgement come and tomorrow this Sanjiv mukhya is arrested along with the mobile showing he had sent it to 200 people in Sikar
