SC asks State of UP to file Affidavit stipulating whether witness protection plan is in place for #Hathrascase and whether victims family has chosen an advocate.

SG: I am only saying for purposes of maintaining decorum outside the court.

SG: I can only hope everyone acts responsibility in this case and no one sensationalises outside the Court.

SG: A recording suggests that a reporter is instigating the victims family to put forth a specific account.

SG: Another difficulty is that they say that the witness protection needs to be done, witnesses are already under protection of police.

SG: Various narratives going about outside though everyone here in bona fide capacity.

The supervision of this Court important for ruling this out.
