Justice Kathawalla says the Cout wants to see the mobile phone of the BMC official who took the photographs.

Chinoy says that the mobile phone will be submitted before the judges' chamber today.

Justice Kathawalla asks BMC's lawyer Chinoy if the officer took the photographs in his mobile.

Chinoy replies yes. "Your lordships may ask him(the officer). He is here", he adds.

Justice Kathawalla asks if the photographs show the date 'September 5'.

'No. They have put a handwritten note on the photographs", Saraf submits.

'We have seen that', Justice Kathawalla says.

There is no disputed question of fact. Every document of theirs(BMC) establishes the fact that the demolition was unauthorized : Saraf for Kangana

Had I been given a fair opportunity, I would have taken advise from experts and would have removed things myself, if they were unauthorized : Saraf for Kangana

They do not say that the construction is unauthorized. They say things like I have converted a toilet into a kitchen. That is not an unauthorized construction. It is in the nature of an operational use: Saraf for Kangana

The preparation of a sketch is mandatory(before demolition). BMC accepts that too in their affidavit. But all that they have annexed to the notice is one person standing on a ladder and nothing beyond that : Saraf for Kangana Ranaut
