Venkataramani : Let us not enter into dilution or intrusion of public space by any extraneous elements.

Venkataramani: As long as broad principles of governance and adherence of law are kept in mind by the govt, courts should be slow in such matters.

Venkataramani: For public order, morality and health to come in, state need not inquire into your religious practise. Article 25 is clearly subject to morality, health and public order, you are allowed to practise your religion.

Venkatramani: Whichever way public order, is perceived, whichever way it is brought in operation, unless it is malafide, court will not interfere.
