CJI to Dave: Normally you are happy to appear. But on that day you were unhappy?

Dave : We did not appear because we were under the bona fide impression that the matter was kept for orders and not for hearing. I did not even get a link.
CJI : For orders people don't need to appear?
Dave : No
CJI : Oh I see. We normally see lawyers appearing for orders.

CJI says notice can be issued on the petition filed by Kisan Mahapanchayat seeking reconstitution of the committee and will hear all.
Dave : Mr.Chaudhary (Kisan Mahapanchayat's lawyer) has not served copy on us.

Dave : Kisan Mahapanchayat is not one of the protesting unions. I don't know how they have filed the application for reconstitution of the committee.
Lawyer for Kisan Mahapanchayat : We are protesting. But not on Punjab or UP side but in Rajasthan.
