A Special NDPS Court in Mumbai is likely to pass orders on bail applications of Aryan Shah Rukh Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha at 2.45 pm, today.
Special Judge VV Patil said the orders will be pronounced in the afternoon. The court reserved the bail pleas for orders on October 14.
The Narcotics Control Bureau informed the court that they will also be filing replies of all the remaining bail applications in the case.
The NCB has arrested 20 persons in the case so far, including alleged peddlers.
Khan, Dhamecha and Merchant were arrested on October 3, following a raid at the international departure terminal of a Goa-bound cruise the previous day.
They are booked under sections 8(c) read with 20b (purchase), 27 (consumption), 28 (attempt to commit offence), 29 (abetment/ conspiracy) and 35 (presumption of culpable mental state) of the NDPS Act, after six and five grams of charas was allegedly seized from his friend Merchant and model Dhamecha respectively.
