Aryan Khan Bail: Court Reserves Order For Oct 20 - LIVE UPDATES From Hearing

ASG - He(Ayan) was in conscious posession of the contraband because they have admitted it was for both of them. Therefore the argument that he was not found in possession, must be discarded

ASG says that the panchnama clearly shows that the 6 gms of charas found from Arbaaz Merchant's shoe was for their consumption.

"They said 'they' are going to have a blast," please note this.

ASG - We have said that bail may not be granted, he will tamper with evidence.

Arguments on facts.

He(Aryan Khan) is not a first time consumer. The evidence placed on record shows he is a regular consumer of contraband since last few years.

ASG reads and reiterates the WhatsApp chats allegedly found against the accused, and that sec 28 & 29 (conspiracy) is prima face made out against the accused.

Rigours of 37 of NDPS Act, a bar of bail is applicable in this case.

Accused and guest Manesh Rajgaria's bail application called out and adjourned to October 20.

Meanwhile, SPP AM Chimalker for NCB informs the court that the ASG will arrive in the next 25 mins.

The defence team of Ayan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha is present in court.
