Maneshinde - I made it very clear that I am not asking for bail as a matter of right. I didn't say the sections are bailable. Therefore I read section 437 of CrPC.

But prosecution can't say you (Magistrate courts) are a regular court for remand but not bail.

ASG Singh - What will have to be considered is how influential the people are...there is a chance of tampering.

Singh says that this is not an isolated case and any sort of protection in the nature of bail would hamper investigation.

ASG is now citing Showik Chakraborty's High Court bail order.

Court - What was the specific info that NCB received? Can you show that?

Their statements shows they met before leaving. The communication will show that they are not new to using these contraband. Therefore it's not a coincidence.
