Raju: Confrontation is required. We need to recover the money trail. It is a fit case to grant remand.
Raju: How much weight is to be given to an approver statement is a matter of trial. It can't be seen in a remand.

Gupta: First time in one and half years they are using the word kingpin. They have all information in first (complaint).
He is not an accused in predicate offence.
Raju: It is time consuming. Unheard of.
Gupta: Now they say they want police remand for interrogation. Section 19 says when you have conclusion of guilty of offence. That means they don't have any evidence against me. That means they have already concluded I'm guilty of offence.

Raju: Three counsels cannot argue for one person. This is all playing to the gallery...for the media. This is unheard of.
Chaudhary: Were you waiting for elections to start so that I'm prevented. So that you can prevent me from contesting or participating in the election which is the right of every politician.
If a sitting CM is arrested in this fashion...we are moving a small application for rejection of prayer of remand.
Chaudhary: They say we decide, I the officer decide that AAP is covered under PMLA and I'm accusing you Mr. Kejriwal of handling affairs of AAP and I'm arresting you.
Chaudhary: It is a bogey being played by them.
A normal student of law would know that section 70 of PMLA is to prosecute a company and a firm. It is not in connection with a political party which is a different entity under the Representative of People's Act.
Chaudhary: The opening line (of remand) itself destroy their subterfuge and misrepresentation that I was not being called as AAP Chief or Chief Minister.
