Chaudhary: In the remand, the so called material against me starts from February 2023 and ends at August to September 2023. It is exact replica.
Chaudhary: My cooperation the court will examine. But here the ED now becomes the judge, jury and executioner.
Chaudhary: On 12 January, you give it in writing to me that I'm being called in my individual capacity, and not in the capacity of Chief Minister. And I'm not an accused. More than loud and clear.

Chaudhary: Why are you scared?
Raju: I won't object if it's a relevant ground. It's totally irrelevant. Playing to the gallery. Where is the question of summons today? Are we arguing summons?
Chaudhary: What is the fact that they want to know from me? I simply ask them.
Email is addressed to me. They mentioned three summons.
"Not in the capacity of CM but in your (personal) capacity", he reads.
Chaudhary: October 2023, summons started to get issued to me. Till yesterday, about nine summons. All responded by me.
Chaudhary: Administration of criminal justice system is at stake. This case is of August 2022. Till now, there is one prosecution complaint and five supplementary prosecution complaints. In all these, either in category of accused or suspect or in any form, my name never appeared.
