Salve : The police was trying to secure a police remand which was refused by the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
Salve : The Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had alleged in Assembly that Arnab Goswami was responsible for the suicide. This is where the entire case starts. He was also issued a privilege notice. The SC today issued contempt notice to Assembly Secretary for letter.
Salve : I wanted to show the order for some reasons. The CJM notes that no permission has been taken for reopening the case.
