Salve says that Abad Ponda will make submissions now as he is more familiar with the branch of law and was also present in the remand proceedings.

The bench asks the State to take instructions on Hansa petitions. Meanwhile, the bench will hear the habeas petition of #ArnabGoswami 

Vaidyanathan(for Hansa) : I am seeking independent investigation by CBI or any other agency. I cannot be compelled to implicate anyone. If they want any documents let them issue summons under Sec 91 CrPC.

Kamat : I am Mumbai Police Commissioner. The entire case is against Raigad Police. I have to be deleted as respondent.

Salve : I will not delete you. I have made allegations against you.
