"Who among us will want their family members, their children to have the freedom to have sexual relations with whoever they want? If this happens, families will break apart leading to more children in conflict with the law and more criminals. An Allahabad HC judge has recently said a very pertinent thing, that there is a systematic design to destroy the institution of marriage. He said that the brutish concept of changing partners in every season cannot be considered to be a hallmark of a stable and healthy society. And we want to create a country that becomes the world's vishwaguru. This is why I am making this request. Besides this, without Section 377, an adult male would have no recourse against sexual assault."
