Educational Qualifications
- LL.B (Three) Years with minimum 50% Marks; or
- 5 Year Integrated Law Course with minimum 50% marks
Work Experience
- Minimum 2years post qualification experience.
- Preferably having experience in drafting/vetting/execution of legal documents of project financing, carrying out diligence of project/promoters/contracts/title search of properties.
- Experience in handling RTI application would be an added advantage
