Vacancy For Legal Consultant On Contract Basis: Central Information Commission

Central Information Commission has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Legal Consultant on contract basis initially for a period of one year which may be extended for a maximum further period of two years (total three years) at the discretion of Competent Authority.

Essential Qualification:

• Law Graduate from recognized University or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.

Desirable Qualification:

• Qualified in All India Bar examination; Research attitude; Professional writing skills; Research publications in reputed journals on law and governance and experience in conducting research projects.


• Post graduate in law


• Experience in judicial or legal work in various Courts, Government or regulatory authority, tribunals, Commissions or any other similar forum.


• Working knowledge of MS Office, Computer handling & Internet browsing.
