The Supreme Court will hear today at 2 PM the cases related to Manipur ethnic violence. The Manipur Director General of Police has been asked by the Court to be personally present.On the last hearing, a bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud had slammed police investigation as "tardy". The bench, also comprising Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, had noted that the FIRs were registered several days after the occurrences and the arrests have been very few.Live updates from the hearing can be tracked here.
