Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of the CMS and website, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and functionality.
• Prepare comprehensive Business/Product Requirement Documents (BRDs) that outline project objectives, scope, functional specifications, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including editorial, technology, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize feature enhancements, and drive product roadmap initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all such product-related issues, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving user feedback and concerns.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Manage product launches and releases, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption.
• Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to integrate products with automation platforms.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and inform product decisions. Work with data to identify trends, assess product performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
