Challenge is to judgement dated March 2, 2022 of DB of Kerala HC. It has been rendered in writ appeal arising from judgement of Single Judge. Petitioner had challenged orders of UOI by which permission granted to Madhyam Broadcasting Ltd was revoked with immediate effect.
