Salve: But it has to be done by law. Its about time that inherent power which was protected by law be restricted to core functions.

Salve: We have seen what happened in N Ravi case. There was a debate in TN house where N Ravi wrote something about the late CM. On that breach of privilege was brought.

Salve: And then you come up with cooperative federalism and suggestions. Good governance is inherent to every house and they can go onto everything. And once they go into issues, their privileges kick in.
