The Delhi High Court as well as the district courts will completely resume physical hearings with effect from November 22.
According to the office order issued by the Registrar of High Court, it has been stated that restricted physical hearings shall continue in the High Court till November 18.
The circular however adds that the Court shall permit hybrid or video conferencing facility on the request of the parties.
With respect to district courts, it has been stated that the existing mechanism will continue till November 20.
