The Supreme Court has made arrangements for mentioning of urgent matters before mentioning officers today and tomorrow.

A circular issued by the Court has said that trgent matters to be taken up by the Supreme Court may be mentioned before three officers who will be present at the premises today and tomorrow for the purpose.

Mentioning officers, Sushil Anuj Tyagi (Additional Registrar) and JS Rawat (Deputy Registrar) will be available in the mentioning branch on Saturday from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm and on Sunday from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm. Further, the Registrar (Judicial) will also be available in the Registry for the purpose from 10.30 to 1.30 pm.

The notice issued today also states that chamber matters listed for Monday will not be taken up and stand adjourned. Further, matters listed before the Registrar Courts from Monday, March 16 to March 20 will not be taken up and stand adjourned.

On Friday, the Supreme Court notified that only urgent matters will be heard from March 16 on wards in view of Coronavirus outbreak.

The Court has notified six benches for sitting on Monday.
